During my tenure, I managed the Quality team, overseeing the design, testing, and launch of Bing Maps across multiple platforms, including mobile devices and desktop. Our team was responsible for delivering a seamless and high-performance mapping experience, even before the advent of modern smartphones.

Test Strategy & Frameworks: Defined comprehensive test strategies, designed test frameworks, and implemented test automation to ensure high-quality releases.
Mobile Application Launch: Led the team in launching the first mobile maps application to the market, beating competitors in time-to-market, app performance, and user experience.
